Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Inside Sales Support/Customer Service professional to join their client's team in Huntington Beach. This role is vital in providing exceptional support to the sales team and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Providing prompt and efficient support to the sales team and customers.
• Assisting customers with inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

Work Hours:

Monday - Friday, 1st shift.
